ABSTRACT:
A vibration wave motor, in which the slidable member, constituting the rotor either solely or in combination with a support member, is formed by injection molding of a composite resin, composed of a thermoplastic resin with the glass transition point at least equal to 100.degree. C., preferably at least equal to 140.degree. C., as the matrix resin and a fibrous reinforcing material.
