ABSTRACT:
In a vibration isolation device10, a connection rod12penetrates through a cavity part104of a rubber elastic body44and the inner circumferential side of a main body plate14. In addition, a stopper rubber98fixed on the outer circumferential side of a rod main body13of the connection rod12is placed in the cavity part104of the rubber elastic body44. This allows the rod main body13aligned in overlying relation with the rubber elastic body44along the axial direction of the connection rod12to be stored in the device. Thus, a stopper member96fixed to the rod main body13of the connection rod12can form a stopper mechanism. Therefore, while suppressing the increase in dimension along the axial direction of the device, the dimension along the axial direction of the device can be prevented from expanding by the stopper mechanism for preventing the excessive displacement along the direction orthogonal to the axis of the connection rod12.
