ABSTRACT:
This invention relates to a vibration driven motor apparatus and, more particularly, provides a motor apparatus which has a mode for setting the rate of change in frequency in correspondence with the motor speed, and a mode for setting the rate of change in correspondence with the difference between a resonance state and a current vibration state when the frequency of a driving frequency signal in the motor is changed, and selects one of these modes in correspondence with the motor speed.
