A ball thrust antifriction bearing for operation at very high speed in the DN number range from 5.times.10.sup.5 to 2.times.10.sup.6 and higher while only marginally lubricated by a mist of liquid having comparatively poor lubricating qualities which is carried in a transporting air stream.
