ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides a ventilation apparatus for a fuel cell system, reliably performs ventilation of the fuel cell box after shutting down the operation of the fuel cell (when ignition is off), comprising a fuel cell box3housing a fuel cell2, an extractor fan4for performing ventilation of the fuel cell box3, an auxiliary battery5which can drive the extractor fan4, a capacitor7which can drive the vehicle drive motor6and which can also drive extractor fan4, a state detector8which detects the status of the auxiliary battery5, and an ECU9connected to the state detector8to thereby determine the status of the auxiliary battery5, wherein the capacitor7drives the extractor fan4under the control of the ECU9.
