ABSTRACT:
To provide a vent piece capable of being attached to and detached from a mold easily.A vent piece body4and a connection sleeve5are connected to each other to form a cylindrical shape. The vent piece body4and the connection sleeve5are inserted in an insertion hole3penetrating the wall surface of a mold2to connect the inside of the mold2to the outside thereof. One end portion9of the vent piece body4is beforehand formed into a countersunk head screw shape. A cone-shaped concave portion10is beforehand formed around the inside opening of the insertion hole3in the mold2. The countersunk head screw shaped end portion9is fitted in the cone-shaped concave portion10. Thereby, the movement of a vent piece1to the other side is restrained. A nut8is threadedly mounted in the other end portion14of the connection sleeve5from the outside of the mold2. By mounting and demounting the nut8, the vent piece1can be attached to and detached from the mold2easily.
