ABSTRACT:
A vehicular radiator supporting apparatus10has a pair of radiator support sides16and18connected to a radiator support upper12to be pivoted about a predetermined pivot axis O. To the pair of radiator support sides16and18, a pair of abutting brackets34and36are integrally fixed at positions corresponding to a height of the bumper reinforcement54, and they are connected to a pair of vehicle-body side brackets38and40. When applied with a load exceeding a predetermined value and acting rearward of the vehicle, the pair of abutting brackets34and36are pivoted about the pivot axis O integrally with the pair of radiator support sides16and18to be displaced rearward of the vehicle. Thus, the vehicular radiator supporting apparatus10itself in addition to the radiator main body20is prevented from being damaged.
