ABSTRACT:
A compact vehicle-mounted electrical outlet box offering a reliable plug blade detection function. The electrical outlet box is formed from synthetic resin rectangular case1which includes body2and cover3.A pair of electrical plug blades100and101are inserted into plug blade insertion slots5located on the front surface of case1through which the plug blades contact two blade receiver parts10.The forceful contact of plug blades100and101rotate two pivot levers12which convert the insertion force of plug blades100and101to a directional force. Two return springs13apply pressure to pivot levers12in a direction opposite to that applied by the insertion of plug blades100and101.Printed circuit block14,which is comprised of circuit base plate14ato which each microswitch14bis installed, is housed within case1.The two pivot levers12are located at the approximate mid-point of body2between the two mutually facing blade receiver parts.
