A vehicle door sash structure100is configured to include a door sash110that extends along an edge of a vehicle door window glass4and has a closed cross-section portion111and a projecting surface portion112that projects from the closed cross-section portion111toward the outside in the vehicle width direction, a molding120that extends substantially along the door sash110and is arranged as exposed to the outside of the vehicle, a clip130that is made of an elastic material, is fixed to the inner surface of the molding120and nips the projecting surface portion112of the door sash110,a convex portion that is formed so as to project from either one of the clip130and the door sash110to the other one, and a concave portion113that is formed at the other one and with which the convex portion is engaged.
