A supporting frame10of a door with an integrated side impact guard beam22is made of high strength steel. The outer panel28of the door will be close to the side impact guard beam. All the interior units of the door, such as lock and window structure34–37with window frame37, are mounted on a beam structure30.The beam structure is then mounted on the frame10so that the window structure will be between the frame10and the beam structure30.
