ABSTRACT:
Compounds of the following formula and their acid addition salts ##STR1## A is straight or branched chain alkylene of 2 to 6 carbons; R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are located at the 7 or 8 and 5 or 6 position respectively and are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, straight or branched chain alkyl of 1 to 4 carbons, straight or branched chain alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbons, Cl, Br, F, amino, nitro, cyano, and CF.sub.3 ; R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and straight or branched chain alkyl of 1 to 4 carbons; and n is 1, 2, or 3; m is 1 or 2; are disclosed. These compounds possess anti-protozoal activity.
