ABSTRACT:
A valve for removable attachment to the rim of a heavy-vehicle tubeless t includes a valve base, a locking nut and a sealing joint. The valve base has a tubulure that passes through an opening in the rim, a shoulder for compressing the sealing joint against one surface of the rim and two diametrically opposite resting surfaces for engaging the rim surface and limiting the compression of the sealing joint. The locking nut cooperates with the opposite surface of the rim to compress the sealing joint against the rim.
