ABSTRACT:
Due to the fact that a regulator engages with an engagement aperture when hydraulic pressure is low due to unexpected decreases in engine rotation frequency during relative turning of a valve timing control device, the valve timing control device re-enters a regulated state.Control and running of regulation or release of relative rotation position of the valve timing control device by a regulator are performed by an external device distinct from the valve timing control device.
