ABSTRACT:
A coupling means comprises a first retainer and a second retainer. The first and second retainers are fastened to a first annular groove and a second annular groove of a valve stem respectively, and they are fixed by an energizing action in the vertical direction effected by a second elastic member. The first retainer is energized upwardly by a first elastic member provided on a lower side of the first retainer, and it abuts against the lower surface of a projection of a plunger. In this arrangement, the plunger is displaced downwardly while pressing the first retainer. Thus, the valve stem is moved downwardly together with the first retainer.
