ABSTRACT:
A vacuum suction system comprises a work conveyor table2having work receiving openings5, and a table base3having vacuum suction channels7which communicate with the work receiving openings5of the conveyor table2. The work receiving openings5and the vacuum suction channels7communicate with a vacuum generation source17via a vacuum pipe9. A negative pressure sensor10is disposed on the vacuum pipe9. Based on a signal from the negative pressure sensor10, a compressed air generation source20supplies a compressed air to the vacuum pipe9and thereby stabilizes the vacuum level in the vacuum pipe9.
