Vaccination with the DNA encoding T-cell epitopes to the house dust miteDermatophagoides pteronyssinus(Der p) andDermatophagoides farinae(Der f were effective in the inhibition of the allergen induced IgE synthesis. Gene therapy using T-cell epitope encoding DNA is useful in combating allergic disease.
