ABSTRACT:
Compositions comprising an immunogenic amount of an antigen encapsulated in a stabilized hydrogel microbead are disclosed. The compositions provide a delivery system for antigens such as vaccines. Also provided are methods of stimulating an immune response comprising administration of the inventive compositions.
