ABSTRACT:
There are disclosed mammalian vaccine compositions comprising an inactivated whole or subunit vaccine or toxoid and an adjuvant having the formula ##STR1## wherein R is hydrogen or lower alkyl, R.sub.1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, trifluoromethyl or halo, R.sub.2 is hydrogen, chloro or nitro, n is 1 or 2 and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
