The present invention relates to new UV-protection formulations with improved stability in respect to crystallisation, characterized in that a compound of formula (1) or a mixture thereofwhereinR1is substituted or unsubstituted C6–C12alkyl,R2, R3and R4are independently from each other hydrogen; substituted or unsubstituted C1–C4alkyl, preferably hydrogen; unsubstituted C1–C2alkyl or substituted C1–C2alkyl, more preferably hydrogen.is added to the UV-protection formulation.
