ABSTRACT:
A method of inhibiting monoamine oxidase-A in a mammal such as man, comprising administration to said mammal of an effective amount of a compound of formula (I') or a physiologically acceptable salt, or a pro-drug or metabolite thereof.
In formula (I') ##STR1## n is 0, 1 or 2; one of R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 is hydrogen and the other is a tetrazol-5-yl group optionally substituted by one or more C.sub.1-4 alkyl groups; and
