ABSTRACT:
Described is a method for repelling house flies or mosquitoes using either (a) a composition of matter which contains a major proportion of a mixture defined according to the structure: ##STR1## wherein in each of the molecules of the mixture one of the dashed lines is a carbon-carbon double bond and each of the other of the dashed lines is a carbon-carbon single bond or (b) a composition of matter containing a major proportion of the compound having the structure: ##STR2##
