The use of fused ring-1,2,4-benzotriazine derivatives as herbicides or plant growth regulators for the control of undesired plants or vegetation, compounds and compositions thereof, and processes for their preparation.The invention relates to the use of a compound of the formula (I) or a salt thereof:wherein A-W, X, Y, Z, R1, R2, R3and R4are defined in the description, as herbicides or plant growth regulators for the control of undesired plants or vegetation, to compounds and compositions thereof, and to processes for their preparation.
