The invention provides the use of a cycloaygenase inhibitor such as the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent aspirin in the manufacture of a medicament to enhance perfusion of blood through the mammalian, preferably human, uterus. The enhanced perfusion aids implantation in natural or assisted methods of conception
