ABSTRACT:
Frequent application of a virucidal hand lotion containing malic acid, citric acid, and a C.sub.1-6 alcohol will prevent the hand-to-hand transmission of rhinoviruses and reduce the incidence of the "common cold" caused by rhinoviruses.
