ABSTRACT:
The invention concerns the use of a polysaccharide excreted by theVibrio diabolicusspecies for making a medicine with cicatrising activity, in particular bone repair activity. The invention also concerns a bone reconstruction biomaterial comprising said polysaccharide and a bone endoprosthesis whereof the surface is coated with such a polysaccharide.
