ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to a method for improving inner ear microcirculation, which comprises administering an effective amount of a dihydropyridine compound of the general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a nitrophenyl group; and R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 each is a lower alkyl group, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to a human or animal.
