ABSTRACT:
The present invention is directed to N.sup.LEU -carbamoyl and thiocarbamoyl derivatives of A82846B and N.sup.DISACC variations thereof. These derivatives are useful as antibacterials and also as starting materials from which further antibacterial compounds are prepared.
