A universal heavy duty, light weight, portable, foldable chair according to the present disclosure comprises a frame1comprising four shaped supports11a, 12a, 13a, 14aheld together and in position at the center by a hollowed cylinder hinge15a. The seat comprises of two cloths16aand16b. There exists one piece of cloth18aand18bat each side of the chair to act as stabilizer for the frame and the chair as a whole. Cloth21awill be connected to the two piece cloth assembly22aat one end and have a locking mechanism23aat the other to lock with one end of21b. Cloth21bwill be connected to the two piece cloth assembly22bat one end and have a corresponding locking mechanism23bto fit the mechanism23aat the end of the cloth21a.
