ABSTRACT:
A non-palletized unit of cargo of multiple substantially identical high density bales of hay capable of being handled by a forklift truck or the like without a pallet comprises a plurality of substantially identical high density bales of hay, arranged into at least one layer of multiple horizontal rows, and bound together as a unit solely by multiple layers of an elongated continuous sheet of pre-stretched polymeric film having a memory wrapped horizontally around the periphery of the bales of hay.
