An ultrasonic actuator includes: a piezoelectric element1for generating a bending vibration and a stretching vibration; and a driver element2attached to a surface of the piezoelectric element1facing the direction of the bending vibration in point contact with the piezoelectric element1and actuated in accordance with the vibration of the piezoelectric element1to output driving force.
