An ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene sheet characterized in that it is formed into a sheet-like material of 100 to 300 .mu.m in thickness by extruding into a sheet form a feed polyethylene comprising an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 300,000 to 2,000,000.
