In this UI content creating system, when the user controls an AV appliance50using a cellular phone60, the user requests UI content creation server10to create the UI content for the items the user wishes to control via cellular phone60. A UI content creation server10, in response to the creation request, obtains information from an information server30and creates UI content and delivers the UI content to cellular phone60. The user controls the AV appliance50by cellular phone60following the control procedures of the UI content. In this way, it is possible to create various kinds of UI content for presenting control of appliances, by taking in information provided from various network services.
