ABSTRACT:
Cosmetic compositions containing dibenzoylmethane compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R and R.sup.1 are straight-chain or branched alkyl of 1-8 carbon atoms, n an integer from 0-3 and n' an integer from 1-3, dissolved in the fatty components of said composition have superior sun-protection efficiency.
