ABSTRACT:
Disclosed herein is a two-dimensional electrophoresis apparatus comprising a first-dimensional electrophoresis part (5), a second-dimensional electrophoresis part (6) and a transcription part (7). The transcription part (7) transfers a first-dimensional gel completely electrophoresed by the first-dimensional electrophoresis part (5) from a first-dimensional gel housing (20) to one end of a second-dimensional gel housing (30). Thus, a two-dimensional electrophoresis can be automatically executed, thereby improving reproducibility of separated images and separative power.
