ABSTRACT:
A turboalternator for a hybrid motor vehicle includes a low speed portion having a low speed axial shaft and integral motor rotor to generate electrical power, a high speed portion having a high speed axial shaft and integral motor rotor to generate electrical power, the high speed axial shaft being generally parallel to the low speed axial shaft and being independent from each other.
