ABSTRACT:
A tube4includes a casing1made of a fluororesin. The casing1surrounds a fluid tube3and lid members5each made of a fluororesin and include a receiving portion8for receiving one end portion of the tube4. At least one sealing face10is disposed in the receiving portion. Union nuts6, made of a fluororesin, are fitted onto the end portion of the tube4and screwed to one end portion of one of the lid members5. A sealing portion19is formed by fastening the union nuts6to the end portions of the lid members5to press the tube4from the outside of the tube4. A device element such as a filter member3is placed in the casing1.
