ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a trocar for laparoscopic surgery for performing the laparoscopic surgery through a surgical instrument by making a puncture in the abdomen of a patient, the trocar including: a head unit10including an upper case11and a lower cover12; a base unit20including a lower case24having a trocar sleeve fixing protrusion21in a lower part thereof and a coupling member25installed at an upper surface thereof; a trocar sleeve17installed at the trocar sleeve fixing protrusion21; a lip valve60installed within the head unit10and having a tapered lower part; an insertion unit30installed at the upper part of the lip valve60; a button unit40including a button41elastically installed at an elastic bush43; and a trocar needle50introduced into the trocar sleeve17through the lip valve60or the insertion unit30.
