ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to new triols of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 denote hydrogen, methyl, ethyl or isobutyl, or together denote tetramethylene or pentamethylene, R.sub.3 denotes hydrogen or methyl, and R.sub.4 denotes hydrogen or methyl or ethyl.
The new triols are useful for the manufacture of alkyl resins and polyurethanes having high glass transition temperatures.
