ABSTRACT:
A trim assembly for finishing a utility fixture extending through an exterior wall of a building. The trim assembly includes two base sections each having a cutout section for receiving one side of the utility fixture. The base sections are spread apart, slipped over the utility fixture and brought together around the utility fixture. The base is nailed to the building, and siding or another exterior is applied to the building and around the base. The trim assembly includes a trim cover which is mounted on the base sections to cover the interface between the siding and the base sections.
