ABSTRACT:
The invention provides compounds of formula I,in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="lead"?R1—OP(O)(OH)2  Iin-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="tail"?wherein R1represents the non-hydroxy portion of a triazole antifungal compound of the type comprising a tertiary hydroxy group; or a pharmaceutically acceptable sat thereof.The compounds of the invention are useful in the treatment of fungal infections, and have good aqueous solubility.
