ABSTRACT:
A method for the treatment and diagnosis of tumors is disclosed. This method comprises the direct administration of an effective anti-tumor amount of a radiohalogenated pyrimidine nucleoside such as .sup.123 IUdR or .sup.125 IUdR to the affected site.
