ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a transporting element of a reciprocable scraper for the movement of sludge in settling basins and similar objects at water purification plants, whereby the transporting element (8) consists of a body, which in cross-section shows a downwardly facing surface (9), a substantially oblique, convex surface (10), and a substantially vertical concave surface (11), whereby the concave surface (11) is directed in the forwarding, transporting direction.
