ABSTRACT:
A transparent face temperature sensor3for measuring temperature comprises a transparent insulating substrate7for the sensor, a transparent electrically conductive film9for the sensor provided on at least either one of the surfaces of the substrate, a pair of terminals11connected to the film. The wires13are made of copper and constantan, respectively. The sensor3is bonded in electrical insulation conditions, to the a transparent face heater5, via a insulating sheet25and a silicone resin, and hold in a housing27. Temperature-measuring point is not one point, but an entire surface. Accordingly, the face temperature sensor3can detect the average temperature over the entire surface of the sensor film9.
