ABSTRACT:
A characteristic value information retriever9retrieves characteristic value information FD2indicative of another characteristic value which should be newly set as to a transmission signal SS, and a characteristic value modificator9controls a characteristic value determinator8in such a manner that such a characteristic value which has been set is changed into another characteristic value which is indicated by the acquired characteristic value information FD2and the changed characteristic value is set. As a consequence, since the characteristic value is changed into another characteristic, the characteristic value of the transmission signal SS can be easily changed without changing the circuit arrangement of the transmission apparatus. For instance, even in such a case that the characteristic value which should be set is changed due to a change of a restricted content in connection with an alteration of a law, and due to a change in use area of the transmission apparatus, the transmission apparatus can be properly adapted to this change in a flexible manner.
