ABSTRACT:
A transistor output circuit comprises a first insulated gate transistor having a control electrode connected to an input terminal, one main electrode connected to a first diode, and the other main electrode connected to a reference voltage source, and a second insulated gate transistor having a control electrode connected to the input terminal, one main electrode connected to an output terminal, and the other main electrode connected to the reference voltage source. A ratio (W.sub.1 /L.sub.1) of a gate width (W.sub.1) to a gate length (L.sub.1) of the first insulated gate transistor is larger than a ratio (W.sub.2 /L.sub.2) of a gate width (W.sub.2) to a gate length (L.sub.2) of the second insulated gate transistor.
