ABSTRACT:
The transistor circuit1includes a plurality of transistor cells10each having a transistor11, a base ballast resistor12, a capacitor13, and an inductor14. The transistors11have the respective collectors commonly connected to a collector terminal1cof the transistor circuit1and the respective emitters commonly connected to an emitter terminal1ethereof. Each base ballast resistor12is connected to bases of the transistor11at one end and to a base terminal1bof the transistor circuit1at the other end. The capacitor13is serially connected to the inductor14, thus to form a serial resonant circuit15, which is connected in parallel with the base ballast resistor12and provided between the bases of the transistor11and the base terminal1bof the transistor circuit1and connected thereto.
