ABSTRACT:
A transfer substrate includes: a support substrate; a light-to-heat conversion layer; a diffusion prevention layer preventing diffusion of a material constituting the light-to-heat conversion layer; and a transfer layer made of an organic material, wherein the light-to-heat conversion layer, the diffusion prevention layer and the transfer layer are formed on the support substrate in this order.
