ABSTRACT:
A transdermal therapeutic system (TTS), in particular a patch, is described, comprising:a detachable protective layer;a pressure-sensitive adhesive reservoir layer; anda backing layer with or without a coating of pressure-sensitive adhesive and featuring a unidirectionally, preferably longitudinally, elastic material having an elasticity of at least 20%. The TTS is particularly suitable for use as a multi-day plaster for the treatment of, for instance, pain or drug dependency.
