ABSTRACT:
A system and method of transaction processing is provided and includes a transaction terminal accessing a communications network. The transaction terminal sends first transaction information for a transaction across the communications network to a server. The first transaction information, which may include an account number and a transaction amount, is received and processed at the server communicating with the communications network. At least a portion of the first transaction information is stored and made accessible via the Internet. The server sends second transaction information based on the first transaction information to a transaction processor.
