ABSTRACT:
A training device for combat vehicles which can hold a replacement weapon. This training device is comprised of an insertion portion which inserts within the barrel support of the combat vehicle and has secured thereto a holding device for holding a replacement weapon. This training device permits the firing of the replacement weapon with similar firing characteristics to the originally mounted gun. The use of this replacement unit can provide realistic training using less expensive ammunition than that necessary for the original weapon of the combat vehicle.
